About the Role
Infosys BPM is seeking Process Specialists (Senior Associates) for its Investment Operations unit. This position entails managing the post-trade lifecycle operations for equity and fixed income instruments, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and prompt settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of complex financial transactions, including delivery, confirmation, and settlement.
- Trade management entails booking, modifying, and cancelling trades, as well as dealing with swaps and other financial instruments.
- Handle collateral and margin calls while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Check junior associates' work for accuracy and provide training and advice to new team members.
What We are Looking For
- Should have 2-4 years experience of capital market operations is preferred.
- Expertise in transaction processing, settlements, collateral/margin management, and trade booking. Knowledge of swap trades is must.
- Other qualities include strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the capacity to work flexible shifts.
