Concerning The Role:

We are seeking a Voice Inbound/Outbound Assistant Manager to join our customer support team in Mumbai. This role involves Managing client contacts during incoming and outgoing calls, making sure that questions are answered promptly, and providing a customer-first experience are all part of the job description.

Principal Duties:
  1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming and outgoing consumer calls, emails, and web chats.
  2. Determine the needs of the client and offer workable answers.
  3. Maintain and update internal systems with information on customer interactions and problem fixes.
  4. To effectively address questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Inform clients about new features and services and advertise digital channels.
  6. Customers should be contacted again to make sure they are completely satisfied.
  7. Keep the customer at the centre of every encounter.
  8. Uphold corporate policies while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Competencies and prerequisites
  1. Graduate degree in any discipline.
  2. 1–4 years of experience in customer service, call centre operations, or inbound/outbound calls.
  3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  4. The capacity to oversee interactions across many service channels and multitask.
  5. An extra benefit will be familiarity with CRM systems.
