Essential Competencies:

  4. Excellent time-management and organising abilities to effectively manage several applicants and responsibilities.

  1. Proficiency with other recruiting management tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  2. The capacity to provide proactive solutions and efficiently address candidate or client concerns.
Functions and Accountabilities:
  • Finding applicants from different job boards according to the needs of the business.
  • Examining resumes and getting in touch with qualified applicants.
  • Evaluate the applicant's experience, aptitude, communication skills, and expertise.
  • Setting up interviews with the chosen employer for the chosen candidates.
