Job Description:
The person in this role supports the Vigilance Department by keeping records, preparing reports, and assisting in investigations of complaints or misconduct. They help make sure that rules are followed and that any wrong actions are reported and handled properly.
This job requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to keep information private. The Vigilance Assistant works closely with other team members and reports to senior officers to help keep the organization clean, transparent and efficient.
Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Vigilance Assistant, the selected candidate will support EPFO’s Vigilance Wing by:
- Maintaining records of complaints, reports, and inquiries
- Assisting in investigations related to misconduct or violations
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborating with senior officers and departmental staff
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Preparing reports and documentation related to vigilance matters
Key Skills Required:
Attention to detail, proficiency in basic computer applications, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
