Job Overview:
As a Team Member main responsibilities include planning how lithium - ion batteries are made and operating the machines used in the process. I support the setup and improve automated production lines to increase speed and efficiency. For new battery projects, I plan the steps needed and select the right equipment. I also manage the entire battery production line from beginning to end. This includes deciding which machines are required, purchasing them, installing them, and making sure they work properly.
I plan how many workers are needed, make sure productions runs smoothly, find ways to reduce costs, and ensure all quality standards are met and properly recorded. I also work closely with different teams to set clear goals, keep track of progress, and make sure everything is finished on time.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in working with automation systems.
- A strong foundation in plant operations and manufacturing process improvement.
- Hands-on exposure to lithium-ion battery production is also needed.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with industrial machines and automated tools.
- Problem-solving and technical analysis skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate well and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with automated production lines is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to plan factory layouts and setup environment is helpful.
- Ability to balance work across the production line is valued.
- skills in managing both manpower and production costs are important.
- Understanding of electrical vehicle (EV) battery systems is an advantage.
- Experience in installing and starting up new machines is preferred.
- Ability to handle budgets and maintain quality records like PFMEA, OPS, and PAC-V is also useful.
