Canara Bank Securities Ltd. (CBSL) a wholly -owned subsidiary of Canara Bank, was originally established in 1996 under the name of Gilt Securities Trading Corporation Limited (GSTCL) with a paid-up capital of Rs100 crores. The company was incorporated and accredited as a Primary Dealer (PD) to participate in government securities trading.
