Job Description:
Applicant will be responsible for overseeing shift operations at our Delivery Centers (DCs) and assisting the DC Manager in performance management and the execution of the operational plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of Amazon's transportation activities at the Varanasi DC.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process from the delivery station to the customer's address.
- Monitor and ensure sufficient manpower during peak delivery periods.
- Work with teams to continuously improve delivery processes and enhance performance.
- Contribute to maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong skills in Advanced Excel and knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
