1. Pre/Post-Sales Technical Service
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and R&D teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site assistance when remote tools or conference calls are insufficient.
- Engage with customers to introduce solutions and discuss technical aspects, tailoring proposals to meet their requirements.
2. Team Efficiency and Productivity
