Job Description:

DIYA is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Robotics Mentor to lead and deliver robotics education to school students. Applicants will guide students through a structured curriculum focused on robotics, programming, and problem-solving. 

The ideal candidate will foster creativity, collaboration, and a passion for technology, while ensuring each student progresses effectively. Also work hands-on with students, encouraging innovation, providing mentorship, and helping them achieve their academic and project-based milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver scheduled robotics classes on the school campus.
2. Engage in regular training sessions and maintain a positive relationship with DIYA’s Learning & Development team.
3. Monitor student performance and submit weekly MIS reports to both DIYA and the school.
4. Guide students with milestone achievements and constructive feedback (online/offline).
5. Adhere to the planned schedule and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
6. Maintain safety and accountability for robotics kits; report issues promptly.
7. Administer regular assessments; training and formats will be provided.
8. Prepare bi-annual and annual reports for school authorities.
9. Lead and ensure a successful end-of-year project exhibition.
10. Generate individual student progress cards in the prescribed format.
11. Encourage and mentor students for internal and external competitions (state/national level).
12. Follow school norms and DIYA’s guidelines.
