Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive to drive our business development efforts in the IT sector. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through cold calling, emailing, and strategic outreach to senior decision-makers, including Directors and CXOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–60 outbound calls and send 100+ personalized emails daily to potential clients across various business verticals.
- Perform detailed research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Develop and execute multiple email and calling campaigns tailored to specific business segments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead activity, forecasts, and campaign performance to the sales team and management.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings set and leads generated.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to conduct intelligent and detailed account/prospect research to inform outreach strategies.
- Experience with lead generation tools, email marketing platforms, and social selling techniques.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
