Job Description:

Graphic Designer involves working on a wide range of projects and media, using various design software to develop innovative visual content that aligns with business goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers and the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards and brand expectations.
• Design and produce compelling visuals across digital and print media to effectively communicate ideas.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously review and improve design processes, identifying inefficiencies and developing creative solutions.
• Maintain and update internal databases for design assets and project documentation.

Job Skills:

1. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or marketing agency environment.
2. Exceptional creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing education and training.
