Job Description:
Applicants must able to effectively manage appointment scheduling, greet visitors, handle phone calls, manage billing and stock, follow up with clients, and assist in product sales, consider leveraging virtual receptionist services. These services can streamline your operations, enhance customer experience, and reduce overhead costs.
Job Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in client interactions.
- Prior experience working in a skin clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Office Timings:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Not applicable on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Office Hours: 09:50 AM to 07:00 PM
