CTC: Salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 a month

Job Description:

1. Proactively contact prospective students using provided leads to introduce training programs and encourage enrollment.
2. Provide detailed guidance on course structures, program benefits, and available placement support to help students make informed decisions.
3.  Engage with potential students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
4. Accurately update and maintain student records, call statuses, and follow-up notes in the CRM or internal database.
5. Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner to address student questions or concerns.
6. Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to support and execute lead generation and conversion campaigns.
7. Information Accuracy: Ensure all shared information regarding programs, schedules, and admissions is up-to-date, clear, and complete.

Job Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM tools is a plus.
2. Freshers welcome; previous experience in sales or counseling roles is an advantage.
3. Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Bangalore City, Karnataka, before the start date.
