- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Job Description:
- Respond to customer queries primarily through email communication.
- Analyse and understand customer issues, and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed to resolve complex queries.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good typing speed.
- Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment, including night shifts.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
