Job Description:
Experienced administrative professional with a proven ability to manage executive schedules, coordinate complex travel arrangements, organize efficient filing systems, and provide cross-functional support to teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendars and appointments for the executive team
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and transportation)
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval
- Provide cross-functional support to departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment; handle ordering and restocking
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and documentation
Job Skills:
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
