About The Recruitment:

Responsible for handling sales and daily operations at the branch for banking and NBFC products, which may include Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans and other financial services.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify, prospect and pitch to potential customers through walk-ins, referrals and outbound efforts at the branch level.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service by managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  3. Identify and onboard premium and High Net-worth Individuals (HNI) clients through corporate sales strategies and relationship - building.
  4. Formulate and implement effective strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and monitor progress consistently.
  5. Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions and customer records.

Key Skills Required:

  1. Proficiency in the regional language is essential, along with basic English communication skills for interaction with diverse clients.
  2. A friendly demeanor  and approachable personality to build trust and rapport with customers.
  3. Ability to present products and services clearly and confidently, both  to individuals and small groups.
  4. Strong analytical and problem - solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  5. Demonstrated ability in selling financial products and handling negotiations effectively to close deals and maximize revenue.
