About The Recruitment:
Responsible for handling sales and daily operations at the branch for banking and NBFC products, which may include Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans and other financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, prospect and pitch to potential customers through walk-ins, referrals and outbound efforts at the branch level.
- Deliver excellent customer service by managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and onboard premium and High Net-worth Individuals (HNI) clients through corporate sales strategies and relationship - building.
- Formulate and implement effective strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and monitor progress consistently.
- Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions and customer records.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the regional language is essential, along with basic English communication skills for interaction with diverse clients.
- A friendly demeanor and approachable personality to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Ability to present products and services clearly and confidently, both to individuals and small groups.
