- Craft and implement content strategies aimed at D2C consumers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and email.
- Produce eye-catching short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and photo assets that reflect the brand's identity.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven copy for launches, social media, and digital promotions.
- Partner with marketers and designers to generate creative ideas and execute campaigns.
- Keep tabs on social media trends, competitor strategies, and influencer content to inspire innovation.
- Manage a structured content calendar to ensure timely rollout of assets.
- Join occasional in-person sessions in Bangalore for shoots and brainstorming (2–3 times a month).
- At least 1 year of experience in digital content creation—experience with D2C or in sectors like fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats, especially Instagram, YouTube, and email marketing.
- Practical skills in shooting and editing video content (Reels, short videos), or experience working with videographers/editors.
- Strong storytelling ability, visual sense, and a knack for creating scroll-stopping content.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing remote work independently.
- Must be based in or near Bangalore and willing to attend occasional in-person activities.
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
