Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment (20%):
- Job Advertising: Publish job vacancies on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes and qualifications to shortlist applicants aligned with job requirements.
- Interview Handling: Coordinate interview schedules, conduct initial rounds, and maintain communication with candidates.
Onboarding & Documentation (80%):
- Background Checks: Oversee and manage the full background verification process for selected candidates.
- Pre-Employment Documentation: Facilitate the completion of necessary documentation through HRMS tools prior to issuing offers.
- Joining Coordination: Assist new hires by generating employee IDs, liaising with reporting managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Data Management: Keep onboarding and joining records updated and organized using Excel.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong grasp of the recruitment process and hiring workflow
- Experience or familiarity with HRMS platforms for managing employee data and documentation
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analysing HR records
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly across teams.
