Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Ground Staff to handle a range of administrative and passenger service responsibilities at the airport. As the first point of contact for travellers, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, safe, and pleasant experience from check-in to boarding.

Candidates duties will include checking in passengers, managing reservations, handling baggage, and providing accurate travel information. Also assist passengers with special needs, including the elderly, disabled, and those traveling with young children, while maintaining all safety, security, and comfort protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome passengers at the terminal.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and provide accurate flight information.
  • Check in baggage and issue boarding passes.
  • Make reservations and process ticket sales.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities or those traveling with young children.
  • Communicate delays, schedule changes, and weather disruptions clearly and promptly.
  • Ensure aircraft are properly stocked with refreshments and cleaned after flights.
  • Maintain a safe and organized boarding process.
Skills Required:
  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
  4. Proficient in using computers and reservation systems.
  5. Physically fit, with the ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
  6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
